QCA seeks new members from a highly qualified group— those active, accredited* investors whose knowledge and expertise will contribute to peers as well as to the growth businesses we fund. We welcome members with extensive experience in investing, leading successful businesses, structuring deals and mentoring; we also welcome the opportunity to share our collective expertise in those areas with any new members selected.

Additionally, QCA seeks those who are willing to commit time and energy to QCA meetings, screening procedures, deal structuring, and coaching beyond the investment phase to ensure successful business development.

Members pay initiation and annual fees, and typically invest $25,000-$100,000 or more per deal. There is no binding obligation to invest in any deal, but QCA may terminate any Angel who fails to invest over a substantial period. Click here to see examples of current deals.
